In the September issue of Women’s Health magazine Elizabeth Banks, 39, reveals that her two sons, Felix, 2, and 8-month-old Magnus, are wearing her out! Well, her sons and her natural nocturnal tendencies.
“Even though I have a baby that wakes up anywhere between 5:30 and 6:30 in the morning, I still cannot get myself to bed before, like, 1 a.m. every night,” she says, “I am falling apart under the weight of lack of sleep.”
Her exhaustion could also have something to do with her acting and producing schedule. Elizabeth reprized her role as Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and she has a production company with her husband Max Handelman.
She also works out like crazy with Nike Master trainer Joselynne Boschen. Just watching the video of the 5 moves they do together for cut arms and toned legs makes me tired.
It’s something she does for herself but also for her boys. “They’re going to be physical,” she says, “If I want to go skiing with them when they’re teenagers, I have to stay fit.”
