Believe it or not, Halloween is right around the corner! I have to say I’m pretty excited about it, because I just love Halloween! While I’m not the biggest fan of candy eating, I’m all about the trick or treating, the costumes, the scary movie marathons and the pumpkin carving. There’s something about Halloween that just always makes me feel like a kid all over again, so it’s pretty easy to see why kids are also just crazy about the festivities.

Around here we’ve been brainstorming ideas for costumes since, oh, August, so it’s safe to say kids take the costuming business pretty seriously. So why not get their help this year in crafting their Halloween get-up? With basic supplies like cardboard, tin foil, paint and kraft paper, you’ll be amazed at what you can make. Costumes that are fun, nostalgic and just plain cool. Click through for 10 amazing DIY halloween costumes that your kids will love!
