10 DIY Printables for Packaging Holiday Cookies, Candies and TreatsCyd Converse
Now that we’ve shoveled our way through our first real snowstorm, it’s safe to say it’s officially feeling like the holidays around here! I’m cranking the Christmas tunes and I’ve already started my holiday baking to bundle up cookies, sweet and treats to send off to friends and loved ones. And what makes every bundle of Christmas cheer all the sweeter? Why, the perfect packaging and a cute gift tag, of course.
Using the FreshPaint app on my Surface tablet, I decided to make things really fun this year by creating my own post card gift tags to accompany my holiday gift baskets. I started by using a chalkboard background that I found online and then selected the pencil tool to resemble the look of chalk. After playing around, I settled on a simple “Merry” message with a little sprig of fir – so cute!
After printing the post cards on basic white card stock, I simply included a message on the reverse side. Then all you have to do is tuck one in each of your baskets or punch a hole and string them around a bottle of wine with a bit of twine.
To further inspire your festive holiday gift giving, I’ve rounded up 10 more holiday printables perfect for bundling up those holiday cookies, candies and treats! Click through for all the sweetness.[collection type=’slideshow’ style=’classic’]
