4 Best Kid Concerts

The first concert I ever went to was my sophomore year of high school, but these days there are a whole crop of concerts geared towards kids. Have you been to any? Would you ever take your kid to a concert? Keep reading for some popular ideas for kid appropriate concerts…

1. My son has been to one concert- it was Yo Gabba Gabba last year and he loved it! Great for toddlers and young kids (image above). They tour all over- find out more about the Yo Gabba Gabba Tour here.

2. Sesame Street Live seems like a really interactive sweet show for little kids. I think my son would flip! See more tour dates and show information here. (Image via Spartanburg Moms)

3. Blue Man Group is a show I’ve seen in NY (although they’re all over now) a couple time that I think would be amazing to take a kid too (maybe not younger than 4 or 5). I can’t imagine my 5 yr old wouldn’t get a kick out of all the music and graphics. See more about Blue Man Group here.  (Image via Las Vegas Shows)

4. They Might Be Giants produce some of our favorite kid music in this house and they tour as well! Really clever and fun for kids of all ages. Not crazy interactive but a great introduction to a ‘rock concert’. See more about tour dates here. (Image via Pitch)
