A New Don't-Miss Baby Registry

This sounds awesome: BabyList is a new site where users can build a baby registry filled with items from any online store, that includes Etsy! Just imagine the possibilities.

Plus, you don’t even have to leave home to do it, just start clicking away. The founder even created an example list based on some of my favorite picture books. Check out the link below.

Great idea! You can actually do the same thing at

This is such a great idea! My husband and I are in the process of becoming certified as foster parents, so we don’t know how old the child we’ll end up with will be. My sister has offered to throw us a “foster shower” as soon as we get a placement, but I wouldn’t want to register at, say, Babies R Us if we get a five-year-old! This gives me so much more freedom to start with a basic list of things any house with kids will need without limiting me, with the ability to pick from such a wide range of stores. Love it, love it, love it!

Not to be negative…but doesn’t Amazon Universal Wishlist/Registry do the exact same thing? :) It IS great to have this feature in a registry!

  4. Chris says:

Wowzer. I am pregnant with #2 and this a very cool way to collect a wishlist. Thx once again!

Very cool! We used so we could combine items from multiple stores and register for future baby experiences (think music classes!).

    It was awesome.
