A Quilly Great Gift Idea for Dad

By Nicole Balch |

Pardon the bad pun of a title, but this would make an excellent Father’s Day gift. It’s a quill, but the feather is made entirely of graphite.

My first thought was “won’t that smudge your hands and make a mess of the page?” Apparently not. And not only will you stay neat, the graphite wears so slowly that even with daily use, the quill should last at least seven years.

The mini quill is made by San Francisco artist Agelio Batle, and it’s available at The Spoon Sisters.
