An Exercise in Productivity: FitDesk Giveaway!

    I use my Wii to exercise. Its the only thing I can squeeze in to do with 2 kids. I just do it while they are napping.

    I used to play dodgeball, but after injuries I can’t grip the ball anymore so I had to stop playing. Now I try to walk more.

    My 4 year old daughter and I have dance parties. It is a good way for both of us to get our hearts pumping and I don’t have to worry about her while we do it.

    TurboKick followed by Zumba when I’ve had a really bad day makes my spirits soar. I also enjoy putting the baby in the stroller and going for a run in the fresh air. My poor husband spends all day in a cubical (sans wearing spit-up like his wife), but has recently discovered running. I think he needs the FitDesk. :)

    these days the only exercise I get is picking up my 5 month old son all day long. before he was born, I loved biking everywhere around town and feeling the sun and fresh air on my face!

    My absolute favorite way to exercise is a nice long hike with my husband and kids. Can’t happen in the snow, but when it gets warmer out, we are outdoors!
    I could really see a desk/bike working for me, though!

    id have to say running is my favorite way to excercise, but it seems that the only ones getting exercise lately are my fingers tapping away on my phone, lol. Plus, its my bday feb 13th and it’d be a nice present!

    I love walking – my husband and I always walk together at 15 minute miles, 5 times a week. The biggest surprise I got was how toned my core was after doing only this exercise for about a year. I still have defined abs! Woo hoo!

    I love to bike ride. I started doing it when using it for rehabilitation after a motorcycle accident shattered my tibia almost 19 years ago. Without that bike, I might have never walked again.

    I like to mix it up, so I don’t get bored… biking, treadmill, stair-stepping, videos, Wii Fit… This desk would be awesome!! I could work out & “pin” at the same time! ;-)

    I have an ancient Schwinn (1980′s!) exercise bike plopped down in my family room in front of the tv….I love exercising and watching the View or CNN or whatever at the same time! It would be so cool to exercise and be able to cruise around the internet at the same time!!!

    My favorite way to exercise is to hit the gym, but that doesn’t happen often with my 3 little ones (4, 2, and 2). I work from home, so something like the fitdesk would be IDEAL for me to squeeze in some exercise time.

    My favorite way to exercise is the stationary bike…unfortunately, I haven’t been on it enough due to trying to drum up as much work as possible (I’m a freelancer), but this FitDesk would solve that problem!! :D

    I love bootcamp class. Its like you get to go for an hour of recess; don’t even realize you are exercising most of the time.

    My absolute favorite way to exercise is taking both my 17-month-old and dog on a walk. She’s in the stroller and he’s on a long leash! They both love it, and so do I. It’s a great way to bond, plus it’s free! :)

    SUCH a great idea! I’d love to try it because the blogging/entrepreneurial lifestyle does tend to lead to a more sedentary lifestyle. The FitDesk offers a great solution.
