Decorating for Spring: Part 1

LR2

This time of year I’m always in the mood for a little re-decorating for spring. I want to fill my home with pastels and bright colors and pretty baskets. I went to my local Target to pick up a few items to freshen things up a bit, with some items from their new Threshold home goods collection. LR1

Above: a white blanket and a yellow throw pillow looked perfect with our blue couch and orange polka dot throw

Would you like to see how I added a little spring to my living room and hallway? Keep reading!

The brass vase   was perfect for the bookshelf and the coral one was beautiful on the side table holding some fresh flowers.

For the top of the built-ins: wax candle, ceramic bowl, mirrored tray, mini turquoise vase

We’ve been meaning to get a clock in here for years. Love this mirrored one.

The turquoise vase looks pretty next to my floral jar

Here are a couple touches for the hallway: hallway1

I cleared off the mail table to make room for only two things: a turquoise vase, and a ceramic catch all bowl

I reorganized our mess area to add this nice boot tray and basket for slip ons.

I was compensated for this post using Target products. Check out their new gorgeous home goods collection, Threshold.
