Decorating Ideas Using Scarves and Bandanas

I saw these scarves and bandanas used as bunting banners on Lily’s blog, and I thought it was one of the cutest DIY party decor ideas ever. It makes me want to start collecting vintage bandanas and scarves in all kinds of colors from flea markets and secondhand stores. While they’re not tied up as celebratory banners, you can tie them on your head! Or wrap them around a jug of lemonade on a picnic table. Pretty, right? Here’s a couple other festive party decorating ideas if you need a quick idea for Mother’s Day decorating. And, by the way, Happy Mother’s Day everyone!

More bandana decorating ideas after the jump!
