It's amazing how transformative a good, clean bath mat can be, isn't it?

It seems rather luxurious to have something as delicate as flowers in such a place as a bathroom, but that is just what I love about it. Pick a single bloom or bunch a humble clump of blossoms in a casual vase, and your guests will feel right special, as they should.

One of my favorite things to do is prepare a basket of shower essentials. I like to include travel-sized shampoo and conditioner, a razor, a fresh bar of soap, a loofah or bath sponge, and leave it on the guest bed.
