Outfitted: Fall Fashion EssentialsCyd Converse
While out walking the dog earlier this week, the sound of geese headed south was unmistakable. Granted, it was a 90 degree day, but I instantly thought to myself, “Looks like it’s time to bust out the boots!” Sure as anything, here in the northeast we’ll be trading out our sundresses and flip flops for long jeans and socks sooner than we can probably imagine. My go-to look for fall? Skinny jeans, riding boots, and a great scarf paired with a cute cardigan. Literally. It’s all but officially my uniform. It’s a fuss-free yet stylish look that transitions easily from running errands to coffee dates to casual meetings. I’ve got a pretty alarming number of scarves in my closet, but I am loving this rich coral color paired with navy for fall and might just need to add this one to my collection! Need to freshen up your wardrobe for fall? Here are my picks for fall fashion essentials!
Striped Cardigan 1 of 7Everyone needs a classic asymmetric striped cardigan in their closet. It can be worn dressed up or down! Just switch from sneakers to heels!

Skinny Jeans 2 of 7Once a big dissenter of skinny jeans, now I can't get enough! They're perfect with fall boots. Enough said.

Cozy Socks 4 of 7Let's face it, flip flops are my life-long love. But, if I have to cover my toes super cozy socks are a must!

Coral Scarf 5 of 7I love the texture and rich coral color of this scarf - the saturated hue will pair nicely with the fall foliage!

Beige Satchel 6 of 7A trusty satchel is a must and I love the soft beige color and gold detailing of this bag.
