Soapbox is a new furniture company that’s taking flat pack furniture to the next level. Made of maple, cherry or walnut, with galvanized hardware the company has a wonderful philosophy.
“We challenged ourselves to create something that didn’t need tools, a foreign language dictionary, three friends or an engineering degree to put together. We wanted to create something that we would want to live with. Something that wouldn’t require a million dollar bank account to buy or end up in a landfill 6 months later.”
The tool-free assembly should be very attractive to those that struggle with IKEA. Currently offering a set of boxes, with short or tall legs, as well as wall mount options, plans are in the works to expand the range to create stackable versions as well.
