Flik Flak Watches: Your Child Can Learn How to Tell Time While Looking Cooltoddler-times
My four year old is suddenly interested in time. She occasionally likes to just make up the time (“Mommy it’s already 14 O’clock!”). So I feel like I need to jump on the opportunity to teach her! These Flik Flak watches, a Swatch company, are the perfect way. And they’re finally available to purchase on-line in the U.S. It’s a normal watch face with a second outer circle of numbers counting by 5’s up to 60, i.e. 5, 10, 15, etc. The minute hand extends past the “hour number” covering it and pointing to the “minute number”.
Even better they are shock-resistant, scratch-resistant, and waterproof. Their new 2010 Collection have some very cool boy and girl options with crazy names like “Hippie Reindeer”, “Colorful Darkness”, and “Romantic Cat”. Fun!
