Gasparilla 2011: Fun Family Event

Are you going to attend the Gasparilla 2011? If you live in the Tampa, Florida area then this parade is for you!  This would be  a fun family event to attend! The parade begins January 22nd. Altogether, Tampa’s Gasparilla pirate festival spans almost six weeks. It ends with the Knight Parade and Gasparilla Distance Classic run next month. On Saturday there will be a fun Childrens parade that will be fun for the whole family! The Gasparilla Children’s Parade

Gasparilla Children’s Parade
Saturday, Jan. 22
3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Fireworks at 7 p.m.
Route runs along Bayshore Blvd.

Gasparilla Parade of the Pirates
Saturday, Jan. 29
2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Route follows Bayshore all the way into Downtown
Alcohol allowed along the event route only
