Something happened to me this spring: I turned into a hat person. Maybe it is because a hat means you don’t have to do your hair? Or because they have a jaunty, flirty quality? Or because I’ve recently become obsessed with the thought of my skin aging and want to keep the Los Angeles sun from my pasty cheeks? It matters not – what matters is that I’ve stocked up on inexpensive hats and I’ve been getting compliments on them wherever I go! Don’t you love it when you buy something inexpensive and random strangers give you compliments? And isn’t it hard not to blurt out: “Thanks! it only cost $10!” …Or maybe you think I look like a complete doofus. Let me know in the comments, I appreciate honesty. Can you guess which pic is of me and which is a model, HA HA HA. Find out all about these inexpensive, yet (I think) adorable, hats and where to buy them after the jump…

2 2 of 4This one I wore to Quilt Market with Jacinda. I scored it in an Old Navy store for $14.99, but it's not available online. Can't decide if I love the raffia flower or if I should cut it off? You tell me.
