Healthy Snacks Made Easy with New Ella's Flavorsmeryllevin
My girl and I are always on the go, especially during the summer. Which puts her at high risk of GFOL, also known as goldfish overload. It’s not easy to find portable snacks outside the cracker food group, so I rely heavily on the great products from Ella’s Kitchen. Their to-go pouches contain nothing but organic fruits and veggies, and little ones can feed themselves while in the stroller, car seat, etc. And I’m happy to report that this week they brought four new flavors to the US market!
In the Smoothie Fruit category, meant for toddlers and up (these are actually great for grown-ups too), they’ve added The Purple One and The Green One. Purple is a blend of blueberries, blackcurrants, apples, and bananas. Green is apples, pears, banana, and kiwi. Yum. These are also perfect to throw in the lunch box for camp or school.
Click through to hear about the brand new baby food flavors. Never thought your infant would eat rutabaga? Think again.
The two new baby flavors (good from 4-months on) are unexpected blends of fruits and veggies that will get tots used to foods they might not encounter otherwise. The first is spinach, apples, and rutabaga. Weird, maybe, but quite tasty. The second is butternut squash, apples, carrots, and prunes. Such a yummy fall combo, and great for baby’s digestion. All four new flavors are available now at Babies R Us.
