How To: Hunger Games Make Up!

You know, the only thing more fun than attending the midnight showing of the new Hunger Games movie (which opens here on the East Coast in just a matter of hours!) is attending the midnight showing while in costume. And luckily, the Hunger Games world is rich with inspiration for some really fun make up and beauty looks!
