Last year I woke up to the fact that it was mother’s Day too late to even sort one of these out! I ended up rushing to Walmart, and of all the gifts, got her a SVC (Senior Value Cellphone) from Tracfone. Yes, the name says it all-it cost me under $20, with another $20 for 3 months minutes! Look, it was a hit with her, as for once, it was user-friendly enough that she could actually operate a cellphone and read the text. But let’s face it; not my crowning moment in personalized and costly gifts. I vowed to remember Mother’s Day this year, and put in a bit more effort, and even though you title these gifts as “last minute”, they are so much more personal and show the effort put in. She loves her garden, so thinking the Terra Cotta garden markers are a definite yes, and perhaps the watering can with a potted plant. Thanks for the ideas.
