knit for kids

Bring the warmth and comfort of handmade sweaters to children in need through World Visions’s Knit for Kids program. Getting started is easy — click through for details!

Knit for Kids began in 1996 through Guideposts magazine as a way to send hand-knit or crocheted sweaters to children in need. Since it began, over half a million children have received something new for the first time in their lives. As the children grow out of their sweaters, they’ve become cherished hand-me-downs for other children.
