Most Stylish Boots for the Winter Snow! No Really…

So you’re stuck at home, completely snowed in. Now’s the time to stock up for winter necessities, like a ultra stylish and extremely practical pair of winter boots from the comfort of you own computer. And what totally fits the bill of stylish, practical and totally timeless and classic? Hunter Boots. In particular their Steamboot winter boot…

Last month I was to go to Alaska to (literally) cold chill with Drew Barrymore on the set of her new film Everybody Loves Whales for a press junket. The film is being shot in the cold chilly climate of Anchorage. My first thought? I need boots. Really, really warm boots. I got my hands on a pair of the totally sweet Steamboats.Thing is, I got the worst cold ever (thanks to hanging out with a slew of preschoolers) and missed out on going on the trip. Instead I sported these boots in the rain, sleet and not-so-cold days in San Francisco. But regardless of 60 degrees to 20 below, the Steamboots are perfect for either.

The Steamboots come in either a leather or suede and are detailed with a Shearing trim. The suede and leather have been treated to withstand any kind of weather and the lug sole makes treking around in the snow a  safe and secure experience, there will be no slip-age when wearing these! And the comfort level? Pretty darn high. They have a leather cushioned insole and are nice and snug.

Interested? The Steamboot comes in a chestnut, a black or a grey and retails for $395 from Hunter right here. And the timeless Hunter style – they’ve been making boots for over a hundred years so they totally know what they are doing – will last season after season.
