Self-Help Apps I Love

I recently started using a couple of apps that I really love, so I thought I’d share! Both were recommended to me through friends. The first one, Headspace, is a meditation app. Basically, it just makes meditation super accessible and easy with their 10 minutes for 10 days. If you like that, you can pay to subscribe for more. It’s nice to just push a button and have a voice lead you through the meditation. It chased a headache away for me yesterday! Find out more here.

The Sleep Cycle App, analyzes your sleep and wakes you up during your lightest sleep phase. Normally, if you just set a standard alarm clock, it most likely wakes you up when you are in a deep sleep. This can be jarring and can throw your whole day off. I am not a morning person but I recently started using this and was shocked how well rested I was when I had to arise at 5:30 AM for an appointment! I had so much more energy and I was in a surprisingly good mood! I am usually always grumpy in the morning. Find out more about Sleep Cycle right here.
