It’s back to rain and gloom in Portland and I know other parts of the country have recently been hit with snowstorms as well as cold weather! I’ve been trying to keep track of all the signs of spring to keep me going through this gloomy winter! This week, I picked up these gorgeous variegated leaf, pink tulips. They really brighten my house! Tulips are grown in greenhouses this time of year so you should be able to easily find them at grocery stores and florists right now.
I spotted these snowdrops on a walk the other day. This is always the first sign of spring! What a comfort to see them popping up and blooming.
Last week, I was working on set in Los Angeles and made this bouquet of ranunculus, waxflower and goldenrod. It’s a simple combination that you can easily find at grocery stores but it has a wildflower feel to it! The yellow is so cheery!
