Super Cute Rain Gear for Fall!

I’ve tried carrying an umbrella around Portland before, and honestly I feel like an idiot! People here don’t carry umbrellas. They traipse around in the rain with very little gear. Mostly because, it just drizzles here. Heavy rainstorms are few and far between. So, that’s why this effortless rain parka appeals to me so much (I’ll take the entire outfit!). Here are a few more, super spectacular rain coats!
