The Babble editorial team had the most wonderful evening last night, and we just had to share the photos with our readers. We planned a spring-themed soirée to celebrate three March birthdays within our editorial family: that of our blogs editor, Andrea Zimmerman, and the two wonderful children of our VP of content and community, Sarah Bryden-Brown.
To make the event especially lovely, we had help from our friends at Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn, and NYC’s Trattoria Cinque made it especially delicious.
Check out more photos of our party after the jump!
We used the mini Easter Nests with Eggs as centerpieces along with the vintage-y, Park Hill Windowpane Lanterns. The Sabrina Baskets with Gingham Liners came in handy for the bread, and those Snail Napkin Rings added an adorable, unexpected finishing touch to our table. The Easter Tree Centerpiece and Small Easter Basket from PB Kids on our “presents table” greeted guests as they arrived.
Thanks to Trattoria Cinque, a swanky Italian restaurant in Tribeca, all night long we munched on divinely thin, tasty gourmet pizzas, from a flavorful twist on the classic margherita to Trattoria’s signature gorgonzola and pear version.
We finished off the evening with a beautiful cupcake cake baked by Sarah’s now 12-year-old daughter. Here’s a shot of Sarah’s children and Andrea blowing out the candle together — notice their proud mom looking on in the background!
