In 2009 Graham Hill (founder of Treehugger.com) purchased two little apartments in Soho. Over the course of three years, he demoed the apartments, held a design competition for “edited” apartments, and then built out an amazing, multi-functional space that accommodates 6 rooms in 420 square feet. That’s right, six different, fully functional rooms in a space the size of a large living room.
Here is the before.
A mess, right? A teeny, tiny mess. And the afters.
So amazing. There’s a fully functioning kitchen, living room, bedroom, guest room, and dining room with seating for 10. Plus a bathroom and private call space. What?! You can find even more photos, as well as a video showing all the tech savvy details that make the space so functional on Graham’s website, Life Edited.
