The Trendiest 2012 Stroller: Bugaboo Cameleon NEON

By michellehorton |

Bugaboo wasn’t ready to make their big announcement by the time I was scheduled to publish our round-up of the best strollers for spring 2012.

Yet this is definitely one of the hottest strollers for spring — especially considering its trendy pop of NEON! (Chic 2012 neon, not cheesy 80s neon.)

Take a look at some more photos of the Bugaboo Cameleon Neon Collection:

The Bugaboo Cameleon Neon Collection will be available exclusively at Nordstrom in May 2012. The stroller will retail for $1,059, while the foot muff will sell for $139.95.

See all of the new strollers for spring 2012.

$1K is ridiculous for a stroller. Ridiculous. Jus saying.

I am all for investing in quality products, especially ones that get used daily but I just don’t see the value in this one-you would think they would at LEAST put a basket underneath for the $1000 price tag! I have an uppa baby vista and would go with it over this one anytime.

Yep. We had a Bugaboo and after a few months switched to a Baby Jogger City Select. Don’t waste your money. Baby Jogger has the same look for a better price and after using both I think Baby Jogger is definately better made. PLUS it seems to be more comfortable for my baby, has a huge storage basket minus the annoying drawstring and folds down much more easily. Can also still tilt my son horizontally when he’s sleeping or have him facing either direction just like the Bugaboo. The handle bar rises for my husband with the push of a button and it turns into a DOUBLE people!! Unlike the Bugaboo Donkey the babes can face eachother or both face outward. No one gets the bum view! Can still have your bassinet as well.. really could go on but I’ll stop. Anyone considering purchasing a Bugaboo should really check out Baby Jogger first. Just one momma to another :)

    I second the city select!!
