Valentine's Day Gifts for Her: Toughlove never looked so good

Valentine's Day Gift for Her - Jewelry

Ever think that sweet and sour simply don’t mix?  Well, think again – sometimes a bit of love is just what’s needed to take the edge off.   This Valentine’s Day, knock her off her feet with the Toughlove ring from designer Elke Dramer, a perfect blend of jagged “tough” and feminine “love.”

Valentine's Day Gift for Her - Jewelry

Elke Kramer is a Sydney based accessory designer with a history in graphic design.  Her love for geometric drawing shines through the design of the Toughlove ring, which she calls avant-garde elegance.  Toughlove certainly encapsulates both the avant-garde in the chunky jutting shape with the elegance of the smooth finish.

According to the designer, the Toughlove ring is inspired by the bold colors and geometry of children’s toys.  Balancing whimsical childhood inspiration with a pyramidal shape, the ring is a great accessory with a hint of protection.  It comes in a creamy marbled resin or jade, and is packaged in a matching pyramidal box. Show your special lady this Valentine’s Day that you mean business by gifting her a bit of tough love.

Toughlove is available at Opening Ceremony for $180.
