Win a Madeline at the White House Prize Pack!

Madeline has left Paris! The beloved children’s book character created by Ludwig Bemelmans has delighted little ones for generations from Madeline, Madeline in London to Madeline and the Bad Hat. And now Madeline and her classmates are paying a visit to Washington D.C. and the White House.

The new Madeline book Madeline at the White House was penned by John Bemelmans Marciano, the grandson of Ludwig Bemelmans. His grandfather had talked about doing a White House Madeline book back in 1961 and 1962 when he befriended the first lady at the time – Jacqueline Kennedy. The book was to be “Madeline Visits Caroline” with the text being provided by Jackie herself. But Ludwig Bemelmans died in 1962 and the book didn’t come to fruition…until now!

This charming book stays true to the original in look, feel and cadence and it pays tribute to our capital in a lovely way. To take your own journey with Madeline to the White House, here is your chance to win your own in a Madeline Prize Pack.
