10 Instant + Simple Ways to Turn Your Bad Mood into a Great One

devanmcguinness Devan McGuinness |

Today was not the best day for me; honestly though all week I have been in a pretty bad mood. It’s a combination of all the school-ending craziness, balancing home and work stuff and this terrible heat wave that has me sweating more than I thought was possible.

I’ve been in a total bad mood. I know it, my husband knows it & even my kids can feel it to an extent … I would even bet you can feel it too. I hate being in a crappy mood because it really doesn’t help solve why I am in a bad mood, it doesn’t fix what’s wrong and well, it’s just depressing.

There are some ways that I have been able to cheer myself up though and thankfully many of these ways nearly instantly changes my mood. Even if it’s just for a few minutes, a hint of a smile or a really good laugh, it’s helpful and important. I am going to share some of my tricks with you and I want you to come back to this post when you start feeling a huge case of the ‘Mondays’ coming on. It will work … I promise!
