Grain-free and gluten-free diets are becoming more and more popular as many of us are learning about the health effects of grain and gluten, and finding out that we feel much better when limiting the grains in our diets.  For the past few months our family has been moving toward a mostly grain-free diet, and are enjoying the positive difference in how we feel, as well as our energy levels when we are off-grains.
