9 Great Ways to Ruin Your Good Mood

A while ago I read Devan’s post about ways to turn a crappy day around and I thought I’d offer the flip side. Because sure, getting out of a funk is great, but what about all those days when everything is going your way and you miss feeling miserable? You know the ones, your kids are not bickering, the Starbucks barista smiles at you and says “thank you, have a great day!” and someone has the audacity to hold the door open for you? To make matters worse, you are probably having a really good hair day, and well, the good mood isn’t going to go away by itself, you know. Sometimes you have to give it a bit of a nudge.  That’s where I come in.

Click through for some awesome idea to turn your mood around and be as cranky as you know you can be!

    Revisit a Grudge!
If you've ever had an argument with a loved one that has been resolved, wait up! It's not too late to go back and see if the grudge can be reinstated. This is especially effective if enough time has passed so that the person you're considering a grudge against has no idea what you're talking about. Probably because they're insensitive and don't care about your feelings. Hrmph.
