  • Truly Terrible Temper Tantrums

You know how this goes. You’re in the middle of an otherwise unremarkable moment when your child has the kind of frenzied outburst that should be reserved for a situation in which someone is trying to sever her head from her body. What do you do? Anything to get through the moment. And afterward, you watch these videos and realize you’re not the only one whose kid has gone a little, er, nuts.

  • The Most Unhappy Hiker

This little girl missed her nap and hiked all day and now is stuck on a road trip. Time for a tantrum!

  • Cake Crazy

This little boy doesn’t want to share the birthday cake. Too bad it’s Dad’s birthday!

  • Brilliant Birth Control?

This condom advertisement used the storyline of grocery store breakdowns to encourage safe sex.

  • Can You See Me?

Every toddler knows a tantrum is hardly worth throwing without an audience.

  • Going Gaga For Gaga

This young fan just wants to hear "Poker Face" by Lady Gaga. Really badly.

  • Maybe Shell Be A Director?

This little girl is dying to play camerawoman — the real fun begins at 40. But fast forward to the end to watch her father distract her by tossing her into the air. Nice technique, Dad!

  • How To Throw A Tantrum

In case your little one isn’t up to speed, here are step-by-step instructions from a (momentarily) calm mentor.

  • Bawling For Blankie

When a security blanket gets thrown in the wash, this little girl feels like her whole world is being washed away.

  • Another High Decibel Duo

These adorable toddler twins coordinate everything — their dresses, sippy cups, and ear-piercing screams.

  • Twin Tantrums

Double the fun? Not when it comes to tantrums. Go to 55 to see some stealing and 50 for some sweet sharing.

  • Some Start Early

Sure, the toddler years are prime time for tantrums. But this precocious 9-month-old gives the older kids a run for their money.

  • Happy Mothers Day

At least this mom has one sweet, smiling child to make her glad she’s a mom!

  • Lets Get Happy

This toddler does a 180 from distraught to delightful when she realizes Mom is filming her.

  • How To End A Tantrum, Part II

Got brothers? Got an iPhone? You’re good to go.

  • And How To End A Tantrum, Part I

We love this dad’s gentle, soothing approach — and the sister’s choice to just laugh at her brother’s antagonistic antics.

  1. RT says:

Not sure why anyone would want to embarass their child by posting something like this online.

  2. Vix says:

Well done “parents” … your babies are tired & need your comfort but you encourage less than acceptable behaviour.
    You need parenting lessons !!

  3. megan says:

why do the parents find the first one so funny???

  4. Jami Kuzara says:

OMG. This video made me want to cry! Why are they laughing? That is so sad… :(

  5. Ambitious Aries says:

It might have been funny for the first few seconds but why continue to torture anyone much less your own child for that long? Unsuitable parents in my book. This is the type of behavior I would expect from a child toward a sibling.

  6. ParentofTwoUnder3 says:

It is pretty much impossible to avoid tantrums at times, even if you are super parent. And when they do happen, more often than not the parent is at their breaking point, too. So some times there is nothing else you can do except laugh at it. As for being posted online, well, at least now I know I am not alone in these types of crazy moments.

  7. Sarah Lauer Kochell says:

why do the men have to tourture the little ones. Not nice at all

  8. rach says:

    stupid. your baby needs comfort!!

  9. C says:

I never watched past the first video. The poor thing is tired, hot and TORTURED!! They’re asking all these questions and laughing at her and she knows it. If they just left her alone she’d fall asleep. Instead they make fun of her and escalate her anguish. I feel really bad for that poor child. It’s not a tantrum, it’s a cry for help!

  10. Dani B says:

My daughter use to do the same thing when i would have to wash her cuddly.

  11. silversundancer says:

And all these videos are why I am adamantly childfree. I cold feel my ovaries shutting down.

  12. anonymus says:

oh please, my 13 year old brother is worse than all those babies combined!

  13. SouthrnGrl says:

I loved the little boy in the second video with the dad’s cake that was too cute!

  14. SouthrnGrl says:

Does anyone notice in the 11th video the mom originally calls her son Taylor then switches to Tyler like a minute later. Just saying.

  15. A Human says:

God, that was funny! Lighten up people; she’s a little kid, and the incident was forever gone from her mind by the nexr day.

  16. PatientAunty says:

Babies throw tantrums. This is just a fact of life. You can either freak out and add to the problem or you can laugh because they WILL get over it. I guarantee kid #1 took a nap after her parents had their fun and was fine. As for comforting, note kid #4. He is throwing a tantrum solely for attention. Playing into it only reinforces the idea that tantrums get you what you want. If you teach kids their tantrums won’t get them anything but your amusement, they eventually cease. Alternatively, as shown with the awesome brothers of kid #14 as well as a few other cases here, distracting the kid with something shiny/interesting/fun will make them forget all about their “torture” and supposed anguish.

So yeah, tantrums are funny and every single kid got over it and forgot about it.

Ok, my daughter is 4 years old…she still throws tantrums. She screams, crys and lays down in the floor kicking and screaming in the middle of a shopping mall. I wanted to crawl under a rock. The entire mall went silent except for her and everyone was looking at us. When does that go away?

  18. dddddddd says:

my sister is four at 3 she threw many tantrums i spanked her on her butt with my hand and she would stop disciplining your child isnt abuse they throw tantrums cuz they think thats how they will get what they want it wont go away Anonymous

  19. mad person says:

i feel very sorry for the eighth baby “nooo i don’t want daddy to take a picture!” I’m guessing from that “daddy” films her a lot and is a jerk

  20. Me says:

These parents didn’t do anything wrong people. The kids are not crying cus something is really wrong. They are just trying to get attention. Don’t wanna encourage tantrums for attention. You would never hear the end of it.

  21. Relax People says:

Most folks have teased children when they are being over the top. No harm done. Just endless hours of laughter and memories for the grownups! lol RELAX PEOPLE!

That’s just torturing the poor kid! Pete used to be like that on the way home in the mini van! I have video to prove it! Erin was the most guilty of the torture to her brother!

  25. Carol Weeks says:

My kids were pretty bad, but the more I laughed, the less they threw fits. They are teens now, and they turned out ok

  26. Stephanie Clemmons Manella says:

    This is too funny…

  27. Joanna Goodell Piervallo says:

    love it!

  28. Lee-Lo DoinIt BetterThan AnyoneE says:

all of u that say the parents aren’t doing anything wrong, I hear a father taunting his tired daughter who can’t escape his dumb line of questioning what she wants. They seem to know she’s tired, but they think making her scream is funny. I don’t see the humor in what they are doing and if you were stuck on a plane and the father was doing this, I don’t think you would like it then, would you?

  29. Samantha Brogna says:

The little one who had to move constantly to be seen: The funniest thing ever. My daughter does that sometimes. Glad to see we are not the only ones. :)
