Here is something you may not know about me — I hate the winter!
I don’t care for snow or the bone-chilling cold and it just seems to slow everything down, make everything harder, and take much longer than things do in the summer months.
It’s easy to stay active in the summer, but it can be difficult in the winter to find the desire to go out in the cold and find something fun to do. We all know it’s important to stay active and keep busy with our kids even though it’s so much easier (and warmer) to hibernate in the cold months.
I’ve made it a goal this winter to try to be more active with the kids. I admit I am not exactly looking forward to it (and all the layers of snow gear we have to put on), but there are some easy ways we can call keep active during the winter and have fun.
