  • Put your child in charge of the grocery bags, from bagging and weighing the produce to putting the groceries on the checkout belt to loading the groceries in and out of the car.

  • easy kids fitness Hand him different items, like one pound of apples and an 8-oz. can, and ask him to tell you which is heavier.
  • Safety Precautions

  • Keep a close eye on your helper when in the parking lot while he’s loading the groceries into the car.
