Hilarious Kids Parody Our Favorite Shows

By Devan McGuinness |

My kids are obsessed with Star Wars! We let them watch it for the first time a few weeks ago after their school library — which is Star Wars-themed — sparked their interest. Mister Speed and Princess Raru were hooked, and everyday for the past week and a half they have been reenacting the movie at home. They get into costume (Raru likes Darth Vader, and Speed likes to play the robot Star Trooper things) and can word-for-word recite their favorite scenes from the movie. I love watching how they interpret the movie in their cute kid way.

Turns out, “reinterpreting” is something a lot of kids love to do, and watching them reenact shows for grownups, like Jersey Shore, Hoarders, and The Bachelorette, is more funny than I thought it would be. There are some kids out there who are more than just adorable; I can totally see them going into acting or starring in their own reality shows some day.
