    Oaky, some of these are lovely – no matter what we’re doing, we can usually add music, for example. Great suggestion. Accept a complement? Absolutely – we all need to remember that we deserve them. However…an afternoon flipping through a trash magazine? A whole morning of hanging out in a cafe by yourself? A do-nothing day? ….. Where do I sign up for this alternate 30-hour day reality, please? Case in point, I pretty much just used up all of today’s free time by reading this article and responding. And I’m totally okay with that – I love my crazy busy messy life – I’m just saying that some of these are pretty unrealistic for the majority of us, no?

    The best :me: thing I ever did was converting an unused portion of out yard into my :quiet place:…nothing fancy0a few flowering plants, windchimes,,,and a few chairs to sit on. Even during the Winter-when I look out the window, makes me smile…
