New Ansel & Clair App Makes American History Fun

Ansel and Clair, the alien and robot duo who star in Cognitive Kid’s educational apps Ansel and Clair Cretaceous Dinosaurs and Ansel & Clair’s Adventures in Africa are back  — this time to teach American History! The new app, Ansel & Clair: Paul Revere’s Ride, provides a fun lesson in Revolutionary history to elementary-aged kids.

Ansel & Clair: Paul Revere’s Ride is part video game and part history lesson. In the app, Ansel, an alien photographer, and Clair, his helpful robot companion, visit colonial America to learn about life on earth. Features include a puzzle map kids have to fill in with the original 13 colonies, a rendition of “The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere” by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, and historical artwork of Paul Revere and others important figures in history by famous artists.

Since it’s launch, the app has receive very positive feedback from parents, educators, and reviews. Download the app for iPad 2 and later on iTunes here.
