Our Upcoming Summer O'Fun!

By Meghan Gesswein |

While we don’t have any major travel plans for the summer (although I’m not ruling anything out at the moment – updated!), we do have some pretty fun stuff in the works.

I’m not generally someone who likes to over schedule my kids. I like to spend summer my mornings on the couch with a cup of coffee, and the thought of rushing out the door every morning to make a 9:00am camp drop off is not my idea of fun. Also, I love the fact that we won’t be paying any preschool tuition, so I’m hesitant to spend an equivalent amount on all kinds of structured activities and events. I’m cheap like that.

But have no fear! I am determined that my kids won’t spend the summer inside playing video games…so we’ve come up with a nice mix of structured activities and fly-by-the-seat-of-our-pants activities to keep them occupied. You can check out our big plans below!

Then tell me, what are your plans for the summer?

Baseball Games

They're called the boys of summer for a reason. I am determined to make it to another baseball game. Perhaps two.
