As an adult I struggle with my weight. I am constantly on and off of diets, gaining and losing the same twenty pounds. This is a problem new to me in the last decade. As a child I was always very thin as my kids are now. While my children’s weight is not currently a problem, I do worry that it could become one, particularly in my youngest who has a sweet tooth she came by honestly.
