Did you know this week is National Jello Week? That’s right folks, Jello has its own dedicated spot every second week of February. I’m from Utah and Jello is a big deal here! In 2001, Jello was declared Utah’s official state snack. I didn’t know states had snacks, but after learning they do, it only makes sense for Utah to take dibs on Jello.

Every family or neighborhood get together comes fully equipped with a Jello concoction. Cottage cheese, carrots, fruit and pretty much anything else out there can be molded with Jello. It’s jiggly, colorful goodness is a favorite with kids! Now, I’m not a Jell-O pro myself, but on the occasion that I make it, I’m a hero. Valentine’s Day is tomorrow and Jello can be the perfect snack to help celebrate the love. While you’re working on these Valentine’s projects, why not show your love with one of these fun snacks! I know my kids would love me if I spruced up the holiday with some fun, finger-lickin, jiggly, colorful, Valentine treats!
