What's Your Rinse Face?

I recently wrote about the 7 worst foods for your teeth and I must admit, every food listed happens to be a household favorite.

As much as I can get my kids on board with brushing, our twice yearly dental visits have become the stuff of dreaded legend and these lucky kids have never had a cavity! Did you know that 50 percent of kids will have a cavity or filling between 5 and 9 years old? Fifty percent, people!

Admittedly, I don’t supervise my kids’ teeth brushing as much as I probably ought to. I know they quite enjoy brushing with their character toothbrushes and yummy toothpaste, but I’m 99.9 percent sure they don’t brush long enough.

So what’s a mother to do, drop everything to ensure proper brushing duration? Probably, but brushing alone misses 75 percent of their mouths. That’s three-fourths! But have no fear, a fluoride rise such as Listerine® Smart Rinse® can offer extra protection against cavities!

Armed with their Listerine® Smart Rinse®, my kids sprung into action and let me tell you, oral care has never been so much fun around these parts. Check out our favorite rinse faces!
