25 Skinny & Healthy Holiday Desserts

I’ve been wondering what the difference is between “skinny” and “healthy”?  I couldn’t really find anything online but in my opinion if a recipe says it’s “skinny”  I think it’s lower in fat. I don’t necessarily equate it to being a healthy recipe.  Some healthy recipes aren’t necessarily low fat because sometimes they have good fat ingredients in them and may end up being high in calories.

So now you know that when I share a recipe and call it skinny I don’t necessarily mean it’s going to be healthy it just means I am using lower in fat substitutes.  Enjoy salivating over the 25 skinny & healthy holiday desserts that I’m sharing below. I’m warning you these recipes aren’t your typical healthy recipes like bean chocolate chip cookies or tofu cheese cake, the ones I tried from the collection below are absolutely amazing!
