9 No-Stress Holiday Party Appetizers with Latin Flair

Hosting a holiday party can be pretty stressful, to say the least. Like the time my guests started arriving and I was just getting out of the shower (cue screaming bathroom scene with Macaulay Culkin in Home Alone). Since then, I’m always looking for stress-free dishes that either require very little time or can be made in advance. Appetizers are one of my favorite dishes to make, and they help give guests an idea of what’s to come.

Here are 9 no-stress holiday party appetizers your guests will enjoy (and won’t drive YOU nuts).

Anything taste better with chorizo in my book. All you need for this recipe is shrimp, chorizo, toothpicks, and a few of your favorite spices. Your guests will surely love these appetizers.

You'd be surprised how easy it is to make ceviche. I've actually made this dish before, and it was a huge hit. It only takes 15 minutes (and 3 hours to sit). You can even serve them in martini glasses for a nice presentation.

I love, love, love guava, and this appetizer sounds delicious. It only takes 10 minutes to make, and all you need is guava jelly, goat cheese, tortillas, and salsa to garnish. You can even cut them in smaller sizes so it yields more for guests.
