Dermatologist Approved: 7 Essential Skincare Tips

How many of you out there think skincare is a tedious task? Well, stop it, because it’s not. Taking care of your skin is a lot easier than you think. It doesn’t take an army to get a healthy complexion. In fact, I reached out to Dr. Leyda Bowes, Neutrogena Hispanic Dermatologist, for a few essential skincare tips.

As you’ll see from her tips below, anyone can do these at home. They will come in handy even more as the temperatures start to drop, too. The cooler weather will have your skin screaming for attention. I think it’s time to give your face a little love and attention.

Here are Dr. Bowes’ seven essential skincare tips…

"Cleansing is vital to maintaining a healthy skin balance and should always be the cornerstone of the start and end of a proper skincare regimen. Start off your cleansing routine with NEUTROGENA® Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes to remove all makeup revealing clean and fresh skin in one easy step," says Dr. Bowes.
