DIY: How to Get Festive Ombre Nails

No holiday outfit would be complete without some festive nails. This season, I’m all about ombre nails. It’s super easy to do, especially for those that feel a bit intimated by complicated nail tutorials (like I do). All you need is 5 different nail polish shades in the same family of colors and apply them starting from lightest to darkest.

Here’s a quick and easy tutorial on how to get festive ombre nails.

I picked purple tones, since I love this color for the winter. These are from Sally Hansen, but I also really love Essie and OPI.

Apply the lightest nail polish shade on pinky. I used one called Arm Candy.

    Continue with shade Pink Pong.

Next, I applied a shade called Commander in Chic.

Finally, end with the darkest shade on your thumb. I used Wine Not.
