Food For Thought Fridays: Quotes, Deep Thoughts & Downright Stupidity

Every Friday I will be sharing with you my new series: “Food for Thought Fridays: Quotes, Deep Thoughts and Downright Stupidity.”

Some days our series will feature  “You know you’re a  ______ if you _______”,

and other days we’ll feature  “In the Words of _________.”

I know that by Friday we can all use a little inspiration, encouragement or humor.  I hope you enjoy these thoughts, tips, ramblings from famous people, lovely people, inspiring people, rich people, kids, moms, mother-in-laws, ex-boyfriends, teachers, dads…. Because not just the eloquent and famous deserve to be quoted.

Next week I will be sharing “In the Words of Kids”:

funny things kids say

If you would like to be featured next week, leave your kid’s funniest quote between now and April 24th in the comment section below.  I will then choose some of the most hilarious to be featured, so stop by on April 26th to see them all!  If you would like to have the quote attributed to someone, you will need to leave: first name only and the state or country, but this is not mandatory.

Feel free to share it, tweet it, pin it, like it, print it or just be in awe of it.  Today we have “In the words of Maya Angelou:”

Join me each week on “We Are That Familia.” I am ecstatic to be sharing with you here on Babble.com as their newest Lifestyle Latina contributor on all things “Family” from recipes, crafts, inspirational (and not so inspirational) stories, and life as we know it. You can catch up on our merrymaking over at Inspiredbyfamilymag.com , on Facebook, on Pinterest.
