One of the things I look forward to about summer is outdoor gatherings. I love sitting outside with my family and friends enjoying grown up conversations while the sound of our kids enjoying others company is in the background.
This weeks Virtual Summer Camp Counselor is our fabulous blogger Megan from Coffee Cups and Crayons.
She is sharing with us her simple and fun craft she made with her little one a Tin Can Lantern. Hope on over and check out the details for her DIY Tin Can Lantern simple enough for little ones to join in the fun with help of an adult.
Her craft got me excited about cleaning up my much needed patio and spicing it up with some fun lanterns. Here are a few of my favorite lanterns.
What’s the Virtual Summer Camp? Each week in June and July we will have a camp counselor (in other words, an awesome blogger) share a project with us. At the end of each project you will have the opportunity to link up your own projects. And at the end of the month, I will feature our favorite projects. Our fabulous and lovely Camp Counselors are: Melissa from Mama Miss, Jenae from I Can Teach My Child, Lauren from Tutus & Tea Parties, Jodi from Meaningful Mama, Asia from Fun at Home with Kids, Megan from Coffee Cups and Crayons , Mari from Inspired by Familia and Vanessa from See Vanessa Craft.
So join our online Virtual Summer Camp Facebook community where we will share daily ideas to inspire you to play and connect as a family! Or you can just stop by here weekly and I will share our camp counselors sauce projects for you to enjoy with your kids and family. The projects will vary: crafts, ideas, kid activities… and more. Get all the details here.
