10 Sex Questions from Seventh Graders that Most Adults Probably Can't Answer (Honestly, Anyway)Meredith Carroll
When you reach a certain point in your adulthood, it can be easy to assume you know what young people are thinking because you were once their age.
However, what you likely don’t remember is just how much you thought about sex, and how it all works. There are so many holes and hairs and smells and bumps and tubes and fluids to think about. Sure, maybe your mom gave you a book or your dad gave you a talk, but that didn’t nearly cover the mystery of reproduction.
One seventh grade teacher knows what’s on the mind of students, and knows that kids are usually too embarrassed to ask. So she (or he) created a box in the classroom for kids to ask questions anonymously, and in writing, and then addressed and answered them out loud just in case other kids were wondering, too.
Here are 10 questions about sex from seventh grade students. Too bad they don’t come with the answers, because most adults could probably use a refresher.
