10 Super-Cool Accessories for the Xbox 360

When your game system becomes your family hearth, it’s only natural that you might want to make it a little more personal. After all, your family is unique, isn’t it?

A huge range of accessories are available to personalize your Xbox 360: from cool controllers to custom skins to protect your console. At prices ranging from below $5 to about $50, these would make great holiday presents for the gamer in your life!

One accessory I’ve included here isn’t so much about protecting the console or making it look different: it’s about not having to replace your controller batteries. The recharging center can charge up two controllers at once. The custom NiMH rechargeable batteries allow for a “drop and charge” design — you don’t even have to remove the batteries to charge them. At under $25, it’ll definitely save you money on batteries in the long run.

I didn’t include accessories that I think of as being for grown-up gamers, like headsets and chatpads. These are strictly all-ages and family-friendly.

Check out my picks for coolest accessories, below!
