From barbecues to beaches, in May, moms put the final touches on buying everything we need for the summer season. The one big help this month is Memorial Day, the one holiday in May that ushers in amazing deals.

In fact, Deal News reports that “Memorial Day weekend tends to boast some of the most exceptional sales since January. You’ll see the ubiquitous sale ads, but where these promotions truly become money-saving is in the plethora of stacking coupons we find on those already-discounted goods.”

    Great slide show. @@. Before this I didn’t know what a mattress looked like… or a bottle of ketchup. Also, a big shout out to Babble and the Strollerderby editors for taking the very, valid, multiple slideshow abuse complaints seriously. I’m not sure why you all don’t get that if you have to dig up stock photos of common items in order to create a slide show, the post isn’t worthy of one, but hey, please continue to make this blog and its content worse and worse.
